🔄 Exchanges & Returns – 14-Day Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Please contact us within this timeframe to receive return authorisation. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 14 days.

📍 How to Return an Item

Returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to our return address in Spain. Once we receive the item, we’ll ship your replacement product at no additional cost.

💰 Refunds

If you request a refund, it will be issued excluding the original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
