Order Modification
⚠️ Once an order is submitted, changes are not possible.
We understand that mistakes can happen and we’ll always try to help. However, like most print-on-demand services, once your order has been sent to our external print partner, it enters production immediately and can no longer be changed.
🏢 Why can't changes be made after submission?
We work with an independent print partner who operates under their own production processes and timelines. Once your order is submitted, it’s processed automatically and cannot be cancelled or edited. This is an industry standard to ensure fast and efficient production.
🚫 After submission, we cannot:
- 📍 Change the shipping address – No corrections or updates can be made.
- 🎨 Edit the colour, size, or design – The item will be printed exactly as ordered.
- 🚫 Cancel the order – Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.

If your order is still in the production queue, we’ll do our best to modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what can be done.
