  • Business address without company name provided.
  • Delivery to an office building without specifying the company name.
  • Package shipped after mail forwarding service had ended.
  • Mismatched street, city, or postal code details.
  • Package not collected from the pickup point on time.
  • Delivery not rescheduled in time.
  • Sent to an Amazon pickup point for a non-Amazon order.

  • Pick up your package before the carrier’s collection deadline.
  • Reschedule delivery promptly if needed.
