- Delivery to an office building without specifying the company name.
- Package shipped after mail forwarding service had ended.
- Mismatched street, city, or postal code details.
- Package not collected from the pickup point on time.
- Delivery not rescheduled in time.
- Sent to an Amazon pickup point for a non-Amazon order.
