📦 Orders & Modifications
❓ Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order has been sent to our print partner, we’re unable to make any changes due to their strict processes. This means we cannot change the shipping address, size, colour, or design, and we cannot cancel an order already in production.
If your order hasn’t been sent yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.
❓ Why can’t an order be changed once it’s sent?
We work with an independent print partner who follows their own production workflows and schedules. Once submitted, your order enters production immediately. This is an industry standard to ensure speed and efficiency.
❓ Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t yet been sent, we’ll try to update the address. However, once it’s shipped no changes can be made. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

❓ Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are printed and shipped from Spain, ensuring reliable delivery within the EU.
❓ Which countries do you ship to?
This website only ships to Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. For delivery to other countries, please visit our main store: www.soul-tees.com.
❓ How long does delivery take?
Our print partner usually produces orders within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- 📍 Sweden: 4–6 business days from payment.
- 📍 Norway, Finland, Denmark: 5–7 business days from payment.
⚠️ These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
❓ How much does shipping cost?
- 📦 Sweden, Norway, Finland & Denmark: Flat rate shipping shown at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount (check homepage or cart for the current threshold).
❓ Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
❓ What’s your returns and exchange policy?
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. Please contact us first to receive return authorisation.
- 📍 Returns must be sent to our Spain address at the customer’s expense.
- 📍 We cover shipping costs for exchanges.
- 📍 Refunds are issued excluding shipping costs.
❓ What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

❓ How should I wash my garments?
To keep your print looking fresh:
- ✅ Always wash inside out with cold water.
- ✅ Use a gentle cycle and avoid harsh detergents.
- ✅ Wash with similar colours, avoid mixing with denim.
⚠️ Not following these instructions may damage the print.
❓ Can I tumble dry my t-shirt?
Yes, but only on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended.
❓ Can I iron my t-shirt?
Yes, but never directly over the print. Always iron inside out on a low setting.

❓ What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?

❓ What happens if my package is returned?
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it wasn’t collected, we’re unable to resend it. Our production partners do not handle returns, and unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
❓ Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been sent yet, we’ll try to cancel it. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
